I painted these last week for my mother-in-law's birthday. On a clear day, they can see Mt. Rainier from their house and have often enjoyed family outings at Mt. Rainier National Park.

We too, can see the lovely Mount from our kitchen window and these shoes definitely do it justice! We have yet to visit it in person, but I love to look at it during the varying weather and lighting. This morning it was gorgeous at sunrise!
Anyway, beautiful work on the shoes. They are as inspiring as the mountain.
